Founded in 2019 in Geneva, Switzerland, Kivuroots Records emerges from a deep musical journey carried by its founder, Aimé Bugingo. Through years of travels, encounters, and cultural exchanges across the globe, a vision was born: to build a home for authentic sounds and to uplift the voices of the artists met along the way.

What started as Brodahood Records has now evolved into Kivuroots Records — a new identity rooted in growth, heritage, and global connection. The name change reflects a stronger artistic direction while keeping the same mission at its core: pushing music beyond borders.

Today, Kivuroots Records operates as a creative hub made of producers, artists, and promoters working together to bring music from idea to impact. From studio creation to global distribution and live touring, the label supports every stage of the journey
